Paraíso del porche

Had what we needed, lots of space, good communication, beautiful area! Would stay again.

Have stayed at various houses in Alpine over the years. This was a nice size and had everything we needed.

We had the opportunity to stay at Porch Paradise for a week in July 2025. The cabin is spacious and has plenty of room for groups both large and small. The location near the lake is great as you can walk down quickly to be on the water and it's also close by foot to the main lodge. It was a great week of relaxing.

If you want a real getaway weekend this is the place for you. You need to be prepared to travel on some backroads but once you get to Alpine Lake it is beautiful. The internet was out almost our entire weekend and I did report to the management three times without hearing back from them. The beds were very comfortable kitchen was stocked just okay in my opinion. We appreciated the cleanliness. The steps leading into the cabin are steep and it was pouring down rain when we got there so they are very slippery so that could be hazardous. The smoke alarm in the basement was removed and laying on a table. I did contact them right away about that and they were to come over the next day with batteries but that never happened. The cabin is stocked with lots of games and our children enjoyed those. The DVD player in the main family room did not work. We had a nice weekend but overall it could have been better.

Porch Paradise is an awesome house! It will sleep your whole family and provides plenty of things for them all to do. The kids love the climbing wall and foosball table in the basement as well as the loft area to hang out in. It has a large yard and deck to sip coffee on in the morning. The lake is within walking distance. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax for a few days.
