Historic Alpine Lakeside Manor

The historic log cabin is really lovely. The location is great and we enjoyed sitting on the porch admiring the lake. We were there when it was 100* so it was quite warm throughout the day and night. The fans that were provided were not enough, so bring your own. We ran to tractor supply and bought some box fans. Some windows do not open. The stove only has two burners that light and the oven didn’t work properly. Overall it had enough room for all of us - we were there for a wedding so didn’t spend much time at the house. It was sufficient but was very warm for the weather we were having. I imagine it is lovely in the spring and fall.

We had a great time will a fully furnished large house. Location was awesome view of the lake. Just a few minor items with less light in kitchen overall a good experience at the lodge

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Alpine Lake. The historic cabin was so interesting to browse and updates to the bathrooms and bedrooms made for a comfortable place to visit. We looked forward to sitting on the covered front porch. Most everyone walking or driving by were waving or talking to us. I would recommend anyone planning on staying here to visit after Memorial day, since the restaurant and boat house were closed when we stayed in mid April.

This is a beautiful historic cabin. We spent a quiet weekend at the lake. Well equipped and full of nostalgia. Alpine lake is one of those places you can’t wait to get there, hate to leave and look forward to the next time you get to go back. Love it!
